Onur has been great trying to accommodate me & giving support on the weekend. I require a few more settings to make this app user friendly and be able to filter reviews quickly & he is doing everything he can to accommodate. Also adding a widget to have reviews on homescreen which will be helpful

I have just started using this app and it's amazing how helpful the developers are. The app has the same functions as comparable importer apps but the developers really make the difference for me. They respond really fast, give you an accurate description of how you can solve the problem. Also if there are customized questions, you can ask them and they will code it.

I love this app. It does exactly what it says it is supposed to do, and it does it flawlessly. I use it for pulling in my Amazon reviews onto my Shopify Products. They show up beautifully on my theme and really make the products stand out. This is my bo to app for review in general. Thanks for creating such a great app!

Amazing help from the customer service. They even helped me to connect the products to the reviews since i had over 900 products and it was necessary to connect them manually. I just can point out the amazing support they gave me. 5 starts for the customer service. The app itself does exactly what it has to do so 5 stars here too.

the app doesn't work, you past the product link to import the reviews but an error pops up, I uninstalled the app but the review icon is still there on my products page really frustrating app
Hi, Thanks for your feedback about the error, We get your email about the error and replied to you with details. Is it possible can you check your inbox and reply us about more details, which icon do you mean? We do not want new Shopify users caused with the same error. So we need your help. By the way, you told us error pop up when importing the reviews. This is not an error. This is review limit information cause Free users have limit to publish 10 reviews Best Regards Revito Team

Worst app ever! I downloaded it because I wanted a 'review' section on my shop. I hated the design and layout so I decided to uninstall it. The problem is that the reviews are still on my shop. I had to spend hours researching how to read code and see if I could remove it there (which I shouldn't even have to do), it should've disappeared when I uninstalled it..... I emailed the company twice and they haven't responded. So now after HOURS of trying to fix it, I have to get someone who's familiar with the backend to remove it. So thanks for that.
