Do not use this app. I have been patient with the team at Revlytic. Since being with them I have had, multiple orders per customer come out when just one was due to come out. I have had customers unable to log in to their portal to change details (issue still remains). I have checked I have missed payments from 4 customers that I know of. No email from Revyltic to tell me. The admin portal is absolutely useless. It doesn’t even allow you to manually order a payment (despite button being there). When writing to them with a problem it takes on average a week to get anybody to reply back. I am still wait It for my reply for the above issues as to why 4 people are missing the payments and I’m not being alerted. One of my customers received an email from Tide saying that they cannot authorise the payment because my payment provider isn’t using 3DS, again no word from Revlytic on how to rectify that. On top of that, the £5000 monthly limit for transactions is actually per year. So now I’m paying extra for a service which doesn’t even work; but revlytic did confirm that I shouldn’t have had to pay extra, despite their system telling me I could press any buttons until I pay more. Absolute disgrace of a company. I now have to move to everybody over to recharge at a great cost to me. Will look into legal action with this company. They don’t care

So Far so good, after installing the app the dashboard is seamless and has features we couldn't find in other subscription apps. Looking forward to use this to grow our subscriptions on bundles.
