Hella complicated to set up. I now understand why there are some lower reviews. Additionally, there wasn't a way to connect with support through live chat

If you need you can do a video call with us to show your problem. The slider usage follows Shopify 2.0 system you can save and use theme app extension in the front end to show. I was first overwhelmed with all the settings and wanted to delete the app, also because of the price, but after I have looked through the documentation I am really happy. You can set pretty much everything and let your creativity run wild to create amazing sliders. The support is also very friendly and fast. All in all I can only recommend it.

This APP is fabulous. I was able to create an Angel Card reading on my site! I didn't think it was possible but this Slider has been fabulous. I would love to see the ability to randomize the slides and Add a couple of images on a slide so that when you click one image it will fade to the next. I am so grateful for this App. Thank you

Es gab ein Problem mit dem Slider und der Transparent Background Option für das Hauptmenü. Mein Ticket beim Support wurde innerhalb von einer Stunde bearbeitet und Rückfragen gestellt um das Problem einzugrenzen. Das Problem wurde dann innerhalb von knapp 12h gelöst. Sehr guter Support!
One of the most customisable apps I have found so far on Shopify. If you can think it, you can probably do it with Slider Revolution (templates are a bonus too!). I also recieved great support, messaged in the morning and my issue was resolved a few hours later. Thank you!
If you don't know about Slider Revolution - you are missing out; Likely one of the best apps available. Support is outstanding too.

Excellent app, but I need a higher level of available sliders. Working on a travel site launch, so being able to be visually appealing with images and video is a must. An upgrade to 20 sliders would be great!
I am happy with the customer support, they are quick to solve any issues & also have a good response time.
It's the best app to create beautiful html-5 homepage slider, very powerful tool, after go through a small learning curve it literally can control/ create anything you want your slider to be! Support is awesome too~

I've written in to support twice. No luck getting a reply as of yet. The app is amazing, however I don't know how to add to my 2.0 theme. It assigns to my older themes, but not my 2.0 theme. Is this app compatible with 2.0? UPDATE: thank you guys for reaching out. Like many other reviews, support is very helpful and the app itself is amazing.
Dear customer, Thanks for the appreciation. We have searched our support system and did not find the support ticket. I think there is a misunderstanding. Can you please open the support ticket at https://shopify.smartdatasoft.com/support We will investigate and solve your problem. Regarding shopify 2.0 version we are still working on it. After we release a new update there will be no issue with 2.0 theme. It still works in 2.0 but you dont get all the features.
Support is very fast. The developers understand the problem really well and provide the solution accordingly. The support team is amazing and they follow the client first approach. Highly recommending this app, it will save a lot of development hours.
