I've written in to support twice. No luck getting a reply as of yet. The app is amazing, however I don't know how to add to my 2.0 theme. It assigns to my older themes, but not my 2.0 theme. Is this app compatible with 2.0? UPDATE: thank you guys for reaching out. Like many other reviews, support is very helpful and the app itself is amazing.

Support is very fast. The developers understand the problem really well and provide the solution accordingly. The support team is amazing and they follow the client first approach. Highly recommending this app, it will save a lot of development hours.

I love this app, I've used it on Wordpress and now here in Shopify and it's without a doubt the best. I recently needed an upgrade from v5 to version 6... the staff did the migration in a few hours and was extremely responsive, great support.

Ran into some issues using Shogun page builder and the app. Support was able to fix it quickly, slider works great now.

Slider Revolution is a very powerful app. It allows us to put a great video on our home page with very customizable text on top of it. The support is also amazing. We needed help to get the slider working how we wanted. Masudur from Slider Revolution answered us right away and worked tirelessly until it was fixed! Even though it was very early in the morning for Masudur. We are very happy with the app and the support we received.

The app has a ton of features and can do very sophisticated sliders. The support I received via chat was excellent.

I have used Slider Revolution on dozens of sites. It is my go to slider for sure. Not only is the product amazing, their customer service for issues has been over the top quick, understanding and gets any issues taken care of right away. I ABSOLUTELY recommend it.

Love using this app! Before Shopify I was using it on a Magento platform. It is a powerful tool that has allowed us to create an engaging and responsive web experience. I hope at some point you are able to facilitate allowing a larger amount of sliders to be displayed on each site. Most importantly the customer support for this app has been the main reason I will continue to use it. Thank you to the support team, especially Masudur, for you quick and efficient response time and helping me navigate using this app for the first time on the Shopify platform.

Fantastic App! Please add a plan with more sliders available, 10 sliders are insufficient, Great Job Guys.
