NASP Rewards is a Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants build customer loyalty through points and store credit. It allows merchants to reward purchases and activities with points, which customers can redeem as store credit online or in-store. The app offers features such as configuring welcome gifts, birthdays, new email subscribers, and tracking customer balances and history. Retail staff can view balances and redeem points in the POS system. Merchants can control point expiry, review activity, refunds, and redemptions, and resolve store-credit issues within the Shopify Admin.
