The app is in Beta, just stole my $20 which I want back. I received a long story of how they know the app is broken but still no refund. I did not use the allocated tokens. I also did pay and did not receive anything. It also was not fixed the next day because I kept the app for multiple days. I have no reason to want to use services and not pay.
