Update: the support has been fantastic. They’re working with me and even developing custom solutions to help with my massive product catalog. We were able to successfully update all 10,000 products, and the descriptions are perfect. They’re also releasing a new feature that will automatically update descriptions for new products that get entered into the catalog. Original Review: The descriptions generated are amazing, but when I generate for all products on my store (just under 10,000), the app glitches and spins in an infinite loop. The unfortunate part is when this happens, it still spend all my tokens. I’ve contacted support so maybe this is a problem on my end. I’ll update the review once the problem is fixed.
