Emma from support was so helpful and very patient while I set everything up and tested it. She made sure my settings were spot on, she even helped me (without asking) to customise the CSS so that the pop-up matched my theme. Brilliant!!

Absolutely incredible support for whom nothing is too much trouble! A very useful app- in my opinion, a must-have. When a strategic item runs out of stock and we're waiting for delivery, it allows us to notify customers when it's back in stock. A small suggestion for developers, it would be great if the menu bar displayed a new order number or notification. Currently, you have to check this in the settings, and with so many apps used by most stores, manually checking each one is simply impossible (unless there are email notifications I missed).
