Emma has been absolutely incredible. I've worked with many Shopify apps and support teams over the years, and Emma provided one of the best customer support experiences I've ever had. As we prepared the launch of our premium skincare brand, DORIETE™, I had a long list of design requests and adjustments to make REZ fit seamlessly with our custom Shopify theme.
