Ich nutze REZ Preorder, Back In Stock und bin bisher wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die App macht genau das, was sie soll, und läuft zuverlässig. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Support: schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Bei Fragen wurde mir direkt weitergeholfen, ohne lange Wartezeiten oder komplizierte Abläufe. Für uns ist die App eine echte Hilfe im Shop-Alltag, gerade bei Vorbestellungen und Benachrichtigungen, wenn Produkte wieder verfügbar sind. Alles wirkt durchdacht und funktioniert sauber. Von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne und eine Empfehlung für alle, die eine unkomplizierte Lösung in diesem Bereich suchen.

Awesome support , fast install and custom

I installed REZ mainly to have unlimited preorders in some of my products. In the beginning the button was working so well but I got support from Emma and I can tell that she was tireless answering all my questions and concerns. Both the app and the customer support are definitely 5 stars.
