I like how easy to navigate and set up the app is, support is also easy to access with quick replies. I love having this iPad in my store, it has made pre selling and managing out of stock items much easier.

Was having issues with the interface even showing up and the tech team was quick with responding and helping out. We're still not sure what made it do that, but it's working now

I've been using REZ for Pre-Orders and Notify Me, and so far I'm very satisfied with the app. It is easy to use, works well, and offers the features I was looking for. I’m also very happy with their customer support. In particular, Emma was extremely helpful when I needed assistance. She responded quickly and helped me resolve my issue right away. Great app and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
