The app is simple and easy to customise and implement. It does what it promises. It took 5 minutes to fully install and to get it to work flawlessly. Customer support (Emma) was very helpful and prompt.

This is a great app with service to back it up. Emma and the team have been able to help with integration and styling on the embed side; we've had a couple of minor glitches (expected with a new app) but the team have been able to sort those out promptly. The new functionality of being able to email from our own address and keep control of our branding has been a game changer for us.
