REZ Preorder, Back In Stock

I installed many back-in-stock apps before settling on this one. REZ is free, the others have a free tier. This app was the most flexible and the easiest to get up and running. Our site is not live at the time of writing this but everything is testing well. And... the customer service team is excellent, really excellent!

When I needed help, Emma was super helpful and pretty fast even on Sunday.

This app does exactly what I needed for our store. The theme we're using created some issues initially, but after contacting Emma via the support chat, the REZ team was able to correct the issues and have their app functioning properly within our theme in a couple of days. Thank you!

Works a treat for our need to set up back in stock reminders - nicely customisable; and a responsive team (Emma) to answer questions and help me understand all the admin components. I like that there is some basic analytics on pending demand and whether alerts trigger a sale or not.

Really fast and easy to follow help from Emma at REZ Notify Me.. So far so good! Hopefully, if there is a cost in the future they can find a way to keep it low for smaller companies

It is a very good app. We have used it for the Notify me when available part. What is amazing is the customer support. They are very quick and helpful. We had a chat communication and they have changed anything that was not working at the beginning. It is an app definitely worth using!
