Just signed up, I'm giving 5 stars because it was pretty simple to get started.

App works nice and integrates nicely with the UI of my shop. Support was super quick and very helpful in setting everything up the way I wanted it.

Easy set-up, very quick an friendly support (Emma).

So Far So Good. I love that the app is affordable and the team responds promptly.

Great Support

The customer support that responded in chat was good. I did wait a few days to get the techs to review the issue I had with the pre-order campaign that I was running in our store. But overall, it was resolved in a timely manner. The rep that responded in chat was helpful and did her best to make sure my concern was fixed.

Great app with fantastic support!

This app makes it really easy to CLEARLY identify to customers what products are pre-order items that are not in stock by CHANGING the buy button to read PREORDER. I know the app has other cool features as well. I honestly haven't explored them yet, but am excited to do so. Support is also great. I somehow messed something up and they responded quickly and got it fixed for me promptly!
