One of the worst support. Their tool is good but the team is worst. They dont even respond to mails and messgaes

The app is really well designed and serves our needs very well. Unfortunately, we have questions about the shopping basket, which only loads after about 6 seconds, irritating customers. The price for the print is also displayed strangely. I wrote to support, but unfortunately no one responded to my questions. It's a real shame... I had to remove it! If you're reading this, please respond!

Er wordt niet gereageerd op support aanvragen, hierdoor komen we niet verder met deze app en zijn we dus ook niet gemotiveerd om over te stappen naar de betaalde versie

My first impressions were i need this app it looks and feels amazing. However got stuck quite quickly and reached out to support for help and guidance. Unfortunately after two weeks no contact from support after 20 emails that's how bad i wanted to use this app. Oh well off to find a designer app with customer service.
