We wanted to create a certificate of authenticity for our fine jewelry, crafted in 18K gold, that would provide our customers with a trusted instrument of verification while integrating seamlessly with Shopify. After conducting extensive due diligence, we decided to work with Rivet Chain, who offered a blockchain-based certificate of origin fully integrated with Shopify. From the beginning, Rivet Chain proved to be highly diligent, efficient, and provided exceptional customer service. They developed a customized certificate that includes all the essential elements for our jewelry, and it is now issued automatically with each order. Our customers love having a certificate secured on the blockchain—so much so that many have requested certificates for purchases made prior to our implementation.
