The tool didn't look good on my website at first, but Tydal's support was very responsive, and Jamie helped me with everything. She helped me with the code and did some custom UI/UX work like I requested. I hope the feature I requested comes soon, as it can help many ecommerce brands like ours. I wouldn't mind paying for it if the support is just like this and they keep on adding features to it.
