Great customer service and app is very well built! I used the chat to remove the 'Powered by Tydal' branding on the widget and not only did they remove it super quick, but they added me to their priority server queues and removed the email sending limit all for free! I've tried other apps but they didn't work for my needs and price range but Tydal has so many great things and is easy to work with for a great price. I needed more help after leaving this review and they were super helpful by answering all of my questions and even showing me how to remove 'Powered by Shopify' and adding a favicon to your store so it will be more customized to my store.
