It's too early to tell how I feel about the app. But the first impressions are good. Customer support was very helpful. Follow up, after having the app for a few months I have to change this from a 5 star to a 1 star. The app was set up on my end but it would never send out any review requests to my customers. I reached out to customer support and they told me that they would escalate the issue in order to get it resolved. Well that never happened. I even sent a follow up request to see about any updates regarding the issue after waiting for a few days. I never got any response back and it has been a week since my last follow up message. I won't be using this again.
