I mean, it was probably once a great app... It does a huge amount for free that you you have to pay for in other apps, if you don't need all the dozens of fancy widgets, etc. I also found the interface quite nice, professional and was really looking forward to using it. And submitting a review via the product is functional enough. However, when it came time to send review requests to customers, it simply doesn't work. I've tried contacting their support in every way possible. Their live chat is now just an AI agent; multiple emails to their support address - on the app, here on the App store, or on their website - never got any reply. I've read every piece of documentation on their website. As far as I can tell, the developers have abandoned TYDAL to work on their other paid app - hence the zero price tag (it used to be paid) and zero support. A shame as this would be a JMe-killer if offered at a low price point, even if not free.
