We've been using Robo Call Pakistan for our Shopify store and it has made a huge difference in our operations. The automated call system is extremely efficient, helping us confirm orders instantly and reduce fake COD orders significantly. The interface is clean and easy to use, and we love how the app allows us to send calls in Urdu and English, personalized with our store name. It saves our team countless hours that were previously spent manually confirming orders. The support team is also responsive and helpful especially the young and vibrant computer scientist founder, Mr Huzaifah. Their team also won accolades from Govt. of Pakistan. Highly recommend this app to any e-commerce store in Pakistan looking to streamline order confirmations and improve order reliability!
