I'm uncertain about the legitimacy of this app and the authenticity of the reviews I've come across. After installing the app, my crucial inquiries went unanswered, which is always a red flag for me regarding the app developer's dedication. I will provide an update once I receive assistance from the customer service team. Update: I run a test and abandoned a cart using incognito mode. Nothing happened. I got no messages nothing. Still no support from the developer, horrible customer service. Will delete this useless app. I can definitely not recommend this app
