I was just reading the reviews given with 1 star and found that everyone is talking about the same issue I have been facing in last 5 Months of usage. 1. Non-existent support: No one is there to support you. I was assigned one RM and he was rude when I called. Support is literally non-existent (I mean it). 2. RTO: I was getting good number of orders but RTO was like almost 90%, how is it even possible. After spending 20K in ads, I got only 8K back. If you want to start your dropping business with them, please be very careful.
