I have contacted the founders of Roposo as well, but it seems like they do not care about the POST-SALE service pain points Worst clout service provider. I have been with Roposo for almost 5 months now and I can guarantee you their customer service is hopeless because of the following reasons: 1) They say they deliver only Quality checked products to customers. But the truth is there are instances of items delivered to customer which damaged or returned by other customers. 2) For their delivery errors, they punish drop shippers for missing or damaged from their end by charging RTO and RVP. 3) They do not have exchange process for damaged products, so at the end of the day a drop-shipper suffers from loss of customer ad revenue. 4) Last but not the least their Key Account Managers are not at all helpful as they either shy away from responding.
