I have been using RopsoClout for the past few months, but recently, the customer service has become extremely disappointing. The responses I receive feel robotic and lack genuine support. I encountered an issue with three separate orders, each placed by different customers, which were fulfilled by Ropso. To my customers' surprise, the items they received were completely different from what they had ordered. When I contacted customer support, I was told to mark the orders as returns, and that I would be charged RVP fees as per company policy. Naturally, I was upset and escalated the issue, only to be directed to speak with a senior representative. Despite my ongoing efforts to resolve this, Ropso seems completely disinterested and has turned a blind eye to the problem. I am genuinely concerned that there might be something more troubling going on, and I fear that this could be a scam.
