Micro Finds review for Roposo Clout Dropshipping

Roposo is meant for testing products, not scaling as the price is often higher than Amazon/flipkart which is toally fine and could be given a 5 star review for it. Because this allows us to see if a product works before buying in bulk. However, it comes with flaws: 1. If the supplier sends a defective/wrong unit and the order is returned, the dropshipper(us) pays the price even if it's the supplier's fault. 2. Relationship Manager is not useful at all. Only kept messages read without response. Email is responsive but often told me to connect with my RM who will not provide any resolution. 3. Problem with inventory. Shows a lot of inventory as a cluster(multiple supplier) but unable to process order when our specific supplier is out of stock. Recently got my order cancelled by Roposo agent stating high RTO risk. This isn't fair. I have recently installed verification for COD via shiprocket risk analyzer + call confirmation. Buyer has already proven to be low-risk via shiprocket and confirmed order via call YET Roposo cancelled it. The buyer will probably see my business as a scam and also please note we pay for ads to acquire buyers. Contacted RM to reinitiate order. Read but no response. Could have been better. Will update my review later.
