products are good but, highly disappointed with the quality of Shipping Service, delivery rate is less than 10% in our previous campaign, products were marked as RTO and left Undelivered even when customers were waiting for the products, had raised concerns in customer support many times which didn't help much, most of what ever profit i got out of delivered products is adjusted to RTO charges and have left with almost nothing. i understand we can't expect 100% Delivery rate at the same time Delivery less than 10 % is not acceptable, hopefully somebody from the concerned team will take care about and make sure not keep up the same pattern of being non responsive Finally uninstalling the app as there is no sign of improvement from ROPOSOs end
