very bad experience with roposo my CA wanted to have a talk with the finance depatment of roposo to have a better understanding of how the gst process works and other finance understandings i called them thousands of times,mailed them and even tried to get them through their help center on their website but no response

Extremely disappointed with Roposo Clout. Constant order syncing issues and nonexistent customer support. Product quality from suppliers is poor, yet prices are high. Not recommended for serious business use.

Only good if you want to learn how it works. Most of their orders are by the cheapest courier, who won't even call the customer or try to deliver and as a result, you have to bear RTO cost. This is happening on prepaid orders also where we are bearing payment gateway cost also. Products are expensive, so there is a very little room to earn any margin. Products are available at half the price on ecommerce platform. Support is non existent, to every querythey have a set reply "Wait for 48 hours" and they keep doing this on every follow up. If you call them, you first have to wait atleast 20 minutes to get connected to an agent and then he will tell you to wait another 48 hours. Payments are late and there is no visibility on upcoming payments or calculations until their team sends a report, for which, again you have to wait 48 hours!

I have been using them almost a month now, the deliveries are very delayed, no idea when my margin is going to come to me, Also the most important thing is, the customer service is VERY VERY VERY Poor. they make me wait hours and hours to get a reply about my queries and issues. Im not sure why companies dont work on customer service atleast with those who are getting them business. Please Roposo Team, you guys have good potential. dont create this kind of gap that some other dropshipping provider would grab the chance and replace you. i really feel you guys have the potential, please improve your services and also please update regularly about the payments and reports about our margins. Thank you

Cheap quality products and huge rto with less delivery , and on top of that customers can directly place return requests. so in total you as a dropshipper will only loose money and roposo will charge you and earn money. so better stay away from this app, better start with indiamart suppliers . Stay away, dont use, you will only loose money. Dont think of customer support dial there number and they will repeat press 1 for hindi 2 for english. Dont get fooled

I ordered a product for myself as a test paid cash on delivery and recieved it. Roposo showing RTO My customer called to inform that they have recieved it and wants to reorder, but roposo status RTO. It’s a complete scam website integration for Shopify. Cutting all ties now with roposo.

This is the worst App I have seen. I recently created a website and integrated roposo Clout, i ordered a product to check the process and other things, when courier partner (Delhivery Agent) called me, he literally told me that please cancel the order as you might get something else in this and this product is non-returnable. I was shocked to hear that, then i realized that roposo charge 140 rupees for RTO, so if any order gets RTO roposo get 140 and delivery agent might get few portions without delivering it. this is their business. I have complaint about it but no action taken, currently testing for few more orders if the situation remains same, i ll uninstall roposo and look for other drop shipping.

The team assigned to the seller is unresponsive. They just onboard the seller and then forget about serving the requests of existing sellers. Worst experience, have removed all of their products from the store

Roposo is a very unprofessional and cheater company. I myself ordered to check the system and product quality but my orders got cancelled on its own without any reason. When i inquired about it on customer care they said that buyer cancelled orders. As I myself was buyer and have not cancelled orders because I wanted to check the product quality it became evident that this company is cheating by saying wrong thing. I complained about it on support email, customer care , raised ticket and chatted several times for 4-5 days but all were saying the same story. I insisted on giving me reason of cancellation with proof but they have not provided till now. When I ask for some senior person to come on call they say they cant because they don't have this policy. Pathatic company. Any body who wants to do big business should think 100 times that if he gets huge orders then they can say orders cancelled by buyer and you can suffer huge loss because you will keep on calling their customer care and they will reply the same thing and you will not be able to talk to any senior.

After using 1.5 year now I say roposo clout is worst platform for dropshipping in India. Never use roposo clout if you want to make a profit in dropshipping in India. Maine 600+ order liya tha par sare order rto ho gaye aur sirf 30-40 order delivered hue aur sab RTO. Maine kuch 50000 karh kiya winning products fine karne me aur iss product ka ads run karne me par sirf loss hua. Aur ha Maine check karne ke liye khud ek product order kiye aur products mujhe delivered bhe ho gaya par roposo clout me RTO dikha Raha hai. Ye sab scam kar rahe hai. Roposo clout kabhe mat use karna.

I started to list products from roposo on my store but when I ordered a product the packet was empty and 2nd time when I ordered a new item the delivered package was unsealed and broken and the product quality was also bad and the color was not the same

For initial start you can use this platform but if you get a little bit more mainstream and get more than 150+ orders a day. They are unable to ship orders. product prices are very high. High RTOs should be expected. product quality is poor and no third party labelling on products. payments are a huge issue. imagine selling 7 lakh of product in 10 days and wait for the payment for 7-20 days and getting 80% rto. They are not professionals. Their team dont know jack about Ecom. Its just the dashboard which looks good but there is no good tech. orders dont sync. they dont fulfil orders. beware of Ropso Clout you will come into loss. its better to orders inventory and sell your self.

I understand you are facing an issue with order fulfilment on Shopify. I would like to inform you that you don't have to update fulfilment manually on Shopify it will be updated automatically. You may check the order status on the Roposo Clout application. If the order is confirmed on Roposo clout, then do not worry it will get delivered and you will receive the payment for the same. I recently integrated Roposo Clout into my Shopify store and was initially impressed with their product selection and ease of use. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse when I had three orders automatically canceled without any explanation. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the cancellations were due to supplier restrictions on certain pin codes. This information was not readily available on the product descriptions or during the order placement process. The cancellation of these orders has caused me significant financial loss and frustration. I invested a considerable amount in advertising to attract these customers, only to have their orders canceled at the last minute. This has not only affected my sales but has also damaged my reputation with my customers. I strongly advise against using Roposo Clout for dropshipping services. Their lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable, and their failure to clearly indicate supplier restrictions is a major liability. Please think twice before using Roposo Clout, as you may end up facing similar issues and financial losses.
