Roposo Clout se dropshipping ka process kaafi easy ho gaya. Shopify integration bohot smooth hai aur payments bhi jaldi milti hain.

I have been using the services since 1 month but I have recieved one of the worst services from them. the things I have experienced in one month of use is- 1- They promote RTO of products, their delivery partners (Ekart) ask customers to Cancel the order saying that products are not good. other delivery partner(Delhivery), puts false reason on Failed delivery products, I experienced this while making a test order to myself to check all the working, and found this. Suppose what has happened to the real customer. 2- Customer Service is worst, the account manager do not seriously take up the issue mentioned to him. 3- Product costs are high comparing to other vendors.

I have been using RopsoClout for the past few months, but recently, the customer service has become extremely disappointing. The responses I receive feel robotic and lack genuine support. I encountered an issue with three separate orders, each placed by different customers, which were fulfilled by Ropso. To my customers' surprise, the items they received were completely different from what they had ordered. When I contacted customer support, I was told to mark the orders as returns, and that I would be charged RVP fees as per company policy. Naturally, I was upset and escalated the issue, only to be directed to speak with a senior representative. Despite my ongoing efforts to resolve this, Ropso seems completely disinterested and has turned a blind eye to the problem. I am genuinely concerned that there might be something more troubling going on, and I fear that this could be a scam.

I have contacted the founders of Roposo as well, but it seems like they do not care about the POST-SALE service pain points Worst clout service provider. I have been with Roposo for almost 5 months now and I can guarantee you their customer service is hopeless because of the following reasons: 1) They say they deliver only Quality checked products to customers. But the truth is there are instances of items delivered to customer which damaged or returned by other customers. 2) For their delivery errors, they punish drop shippers for missing or damaged from their end by charging RTO and RVP. 3) They do not have exchange process for damaged products, so at the end of the day a drop-shipper suffers from loss of customer ad revenue. 4) Last but not the least their Key Account Managers are not at all helpful as they either shy away from responding.

ALERT!! NEW DROPSHIPPERS. Kindly avoid using Roposo Clout. They are the worst in providing help and support for any issue. My customers ordered from my store for their products and there was a technical error for which I have contacted support via call, online chat, email and even through Shopify Support backend Team!!! They are unable to resolve the technical issue for their own site!! It has been 5 DAYS since my customer placed an order for which they have paid already and that order has not even yet confirmed on roposo. I have been continuously asking for support and every time they have same answer that they will look into it and get back after another 24 hrs. I am unable to get order sync and no timely fulfilments. This is the level of service they are providing. I would request Shopify as well to look into this and remove the app from their platform as it is a havoc from their end to be not able to solve the tech issue for the site that they have developed themselves!

Worst dropshipping service in india. Been facing synchronisation issue from my store, you people said your account manager will call me, been waiting for that call from past 4 days and I've raised this particular issue from past 8 days. My orders are pending because of this and I've paid money for advertising those orders are not for free and it's been a week since few orders are pending. I even tried to reach your call center but most of the time I couldn't get through and when I did not proper solution was provided. I even reached on email but no solution. I've invested 20k for advertising and I have around 8 orders pending to be synced. Bravo roposo, hats of your customer relationship team.

Fraud company - marks all orders as RTO and doesn't give seller the money - don't use

Frauds, scammers. These people dispatched fake products in 20 orders of mine. out of which 9 got delivered and i had to bear their retuns charges ( 150 per product) my ad costs and customers also called me frauds on call. thsy also charge from you even if the mistake is from their side. please dont work with them , they are scammers group not a company.

It is really hard to delete the app from shopify. It keeps on saying it cant be uninstalled before selecting a location to inherit the inventory stored at ROPOSO CLOUT. And the fun fact is, I don't have any freaking inventory at ROPOSO CLOUT or whatever these peeps say. Nice scam :)

I've been using Roposo Clout for a few months now, and overall, it's a great app. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I love the frequent product updates, which keep my store interesting for customers. However, there are a few minor setbacks. Some of the prices are a bit high, leaving less room for profit margins. Additionally, the delivery rates could be better. Despite these issues, the app is very reliable and has helped me grow my business

Very useful app The Roposo Clout app is very useful for my dropshipping business. The wide variety of products and seamless integration with Shopify are great. Some products have higher prices, but the overall experience is positive and beneficial.

Simplifies dropshipping The Roposo Clout app has simplified my dropshipping business. I love the variety of products and the ease of pushing them to my Shopify store. The weekly payouts are quick, and the bonus programs are motivating. A few delivery issues, but overall excellent!
