Our experience with Roster has been great. There was a small learning curve in the beginning, but the team was always available and extremely helpful. The platform makes it easy to manage our ambassador program across the US and Canada and keep everything consistent. I also love that we can tap into our purchasers and turn them into ambassadors, especially with the seamless Shopify integration. It’s made our program more organized, scalable, and engaging.

We've been using Roster for a year and have had great experience with our support team, who are always happy to answer any questions or get on a call. The Actions are super intuitive and makes is easy for ambassadors to earn rewards. The simplicity of paying our ambassadors through Venmo or PayPal has been great. We've had just a couple 'wants' that have not been possible, but other than that, the switch has been seamless!

Roster has streamlined our application process and given us clearer insight into our metrics, which has made tracking performance and managing payouts much easier. The platform's campaign tools have helped us engage and incentivize our ambassadors more effectively than anything we've used before. Their team is incredibly helpful and truly collaborates with us, which is rare to find and makes the experience especially valuable.

Been using the Roster App in Shopify for almost 2 years. It has worked flawlessly. I use about 25 different apps in Shopify and this has been the least buggy, best thought out integration app I've used. My favorite feature has been that it allows me to mass update discount codes so quickly. No more having to send a code to an ambassador, it is all self serve from the Roster platform. This is seriously how affiliates should be managed. I can't say enough good things about their integration with Shopify.

Roster has been a great step in the right direction for all ambassador programs alike! They're willing to work with the team directly to understand needs, wants, and what's feasible for them on the roadmap.
