Roster: Ambassador Marketing

Roster has made it easy for our team to manage and track ambassador activity in one centralized place. As someone who recently stepped into overseeing our ambassador program, having everything organized and easy to access has been incredibly helpful. It’s streamlined our workflow and supports our growing programs across multiple festivals.

We've been using Roster for a year and have had great experience with our support team, who are always happy to answer any questions or get on a call. The Actions are super intuitive and makes is easy for ambassadors to earn rewards. The simplicity of paying our ambassadors through Venmo or PayPal has been great. We've had just a couple 'wants' that have not been possible, but other than that, the switch has been seamless!

Roster has streamlined our application process and given us clearer insight into our metrics, which has made tracking performance and managing payouts much easier. The platform's campaign tools have helped us engage and incentivize our ambassadors more effectively than anything we've used before. Been using the Roster App in Shopify for almost 2 years. It has worked flawlessly. I use about 25 different apps in Shopify and this has been the least buggy, best thought out integration app I've used. My favorite feature has been that it allows me to mass update discount codes so quickly. No more having to send a code to an ambassador, it is all self serve from the Roster platform. This is seriously how affiliates should be managed. I can't say enough good things about their integration with Shopify.
