The customer support team is great. They responded to me within 15-seconds to help me with the installation. Zulf was a big help and got us up and running within 5-10 minutes.

Our customer agent, Zulf, was amazing, extremely fast, helpful, and efficient. Every time we faced an issue, it was resolved immediately. Communication was always clear, making it easy for us to understand the main problem and where it was coming from. The app and the team are both excellent.

Wow—this company’s customer support is absolutely top-notch. They responded incredibly fast, were quick to jump in and help, and explained everything clearly and patiently. My issue was fixed first thing in the morning, which I really appreciated. Huge shoutout to Umid – you were amazing! Thank you for your help (especially since it turned out the issue was user error… lol).

Amazing support! I had been trying to fix my theme code for three days… and they solved everything in just a few minutes They guided me step by step, noticed things I hadn’t even seen, and quickly restored my custom size selector and swatches without any hassle. This app is great, works exactly as advertised. Support is also really responsive/helpful. I had an issue with the app not supporting my stores theme and Umid was able to fix this within 5mins of sending a message to their support.

Update: very responsive support reached out and made adjustments so this should not happen again. Will give it a try and come back here to re-evaluate. (Be very carefull when installing this app. It did not work for me. Swatches showed all the same image although 80 variants with each own image. But when I uninstalled the app, all my variants where lacking an image! So I had to re-select an image for each of my 80 variants. Not sure how an official shopify app is even allowed to do this. So be warned that if you remove the app you might end up with a lot of work restoring your shop!)
I am sad to hear about this negative experience with our app. Our app is never leaving any code behind in the original theme, so there must be some misunderstanding here. I sent you an email so we can investigate this issue further.

Good app, solved my problem. I had a small issue but Zulf from the support team helped me out within a few minutes (even on a saturday).
