DO NOT USE THIS APP. My entire site is having issues after they started trying to integrate with my shopify theme. Now products are missing their product options and variants on my of my best selling items. I'm so upset.
I am sorry. You were right to be upset, and this was our mistake. When you contacted our support, we asked you to pause another app so we could investigate the problem in your store. That app was the one drawing your product options, and your theme hides its own dropdowns while it is running. Pausing it left nothing to show them. Your best sellers, on a live store, with no options. I understand the frustration, and I am sorry. We should have checked and warned you first. We did not. That is on us. We investigated your store ourselves. Nothing was deleted. Every variant and option is still in Shopify. Turning that other app back on brings your options straight back, and we have emailed you the details. Farid, founder

I have had a great experience overall as I couldn't add images and arrange them as we needed without this app. I have used the Rubik help message several times and worked with Turan. He was quick to walk me through where to go and what to do to to get done what I was asking. Thanks again Turan!
Great app for managing variant images and swatches – super easy to set up and really improves the shopping experience for customers. The AI-based auto-assignment works well and saved me a lot of time. I also want to give a shoutout to Turan from support, who was very helpful and responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend!

Very happy with how the Paul Taylor Eyewear & Sunglasses products are now displaying. This App is perfect and once everything is set up it works like magic! Extremely happy with the customer service that I received. If you are not happy with how your products are displaying on Shopify the Rubik Variant App will set things straight.

We’re very happy with the Rubik Variant app. We had a small issue when applying the app to the theme we’re currently using, but IfUmid was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly and smoothly. The app has made it much easier for us to organize images for each product variant, and everything is now displayed much more neatly on our product pages. We’re also considering trying another app from the same team for additional features. Thank you again for your great support and help!

thank you, it really worked but i think it scam after one product it asked for to purchase plan, free trial to use just only once and nothing else, so it called really scam, at least it should have per day once
Thanks for the feedback. Our goal with the Free plan is to make it easy to try the app without starting a subscription. It covers 1 product with no time limit and no card required, so you can see if the app works on your store before paying anything. If it does and you have more products to set up, you can move to a paid plan. Paid plans come with a 7-day free trial, so you can uninstall during that time and won't be billed if you change your mind. Sorry it wasn't the fit you were hoping for.
