Umid went above and beyond to help me get the app set up correctly. I had missed a step during setup, and he quickly identified the issue and resolved it in no time. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in setting up my page variations. I also really love the app itself, it’s easy to use and has been a great addition to my store. Fantastic support and a fantastic app!

An Absolute Must-Have App + Incredible Support Rubik Variant Images has been a total game-changer for my store. I use it to organize and display my swatch colors, and it works flawlessly. O App prometeu e cumpriu. Estava com um problema na versão mobile do site, a troca das fotos não mudava conforme seleção da variante de cor. Como meu tema é personalizado foi necessário acionar o suporte para integrá-lo. Fui atendido pelo Umid, que prontamente resolveu o caso e deixou o App funcionando perfeitamente em meu site.

I’m sorry for the confusion. We are always happy to refund if you are not satisfied with the app, and we have already issued a refund for your payment. To clarify this further, we never charge for any period when the app is not installed. The $15 charge was for the billing cycle July 19 - August 18, when the app and subscriptions were active. Since it has been uninstalled, no future charges will ever occur. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you. Please reach out to the support.
