Great app, so easy to use and works a treat. I had some more complex functions I needed to perform and Zulf was able to provide me with the tech support and assistance require. He was super helpful and friendly. Excellent app and support.

O App prometeu e cumpriu. Estava com um problema na versão mobile do site, a troca das fotos não mudava conforme seleção da variante de cor. Como meu tema é personalizado foi necessário acionar o suporte para integrá-lo. Fui atendido pelo Umid, que prontamente resolveu o caso e deixou o App funcionando perfeitamente em meu site.

I’m sorry for the confusion. We are always happy to refund if you are not satisfied with the app, and we have already issued a refund for your payment. To clarify this further, we never charge for any period when the app is not installed. The $15 charge was for the billing cycle July 19 - August 18, when the app and subscriptions were active. Since it has been uninstalled, no future charges will ever occur. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you. Please reach out to the support.

A nice app that helped me a lot with variants and orders of the product pictures on my store. Had some issues at first but the support with Umid really helped me to get my problems solved

This app was exactly what I needed! I was about to start adding alt text to every single image, and came across this option that is SO easy and intuitive to use. Had a little concern that it wasn't displaying correctly, and Umid answered me immediately in the chat and we sorted it out (it was actually just my cache haha). I appreciated the prompt, friendly service and am really glad to not have to solve this problem manually.
