I cancelled a task that was in progress and some products remained on sale with no possibility of returning to the original prices. I reported the problem and support told it was my fault because I ran two tasks on the collection at the same time. It's not true because I waited for the first task to be cancelled before run the second task. Support didn't give me a quick solution and just sent me a table with the old prices. The app is good value for money, but there are some bugs to fix.

Hi Corentin, Actually, we have replied the solution to you. We ask you whether the price in the csv file that we sent you earlier is the price that you want to revert or not. If yes, you can try to revert the task that we mentioned in the email. if you revert that task, the price will revert to the price like in the csv file that we sent. if you have any questions, you can reply to our email.
