We have had a great experience so far with the app & the team. Our initial enquiries were answered honestly & transparently. The app was super easy to install (thanks to awesome instructions from the team) and we were live within about 30 minutes of set up. We had a small unexpected issue after we installed the app, and Ryan jumped on and went above and beyond to help resolve in an extremely timely manner. We were seriously impressed and grateful for the help.

This App has been a game changer for our business! We've spent hours chasing Rural fees over the years and its now a thing of the past! Not only is the App incredible by the developer is always available to help and goes way above and beyond! I can not recommend KiwiSprout and this app highly enough.

These guys run a great business and have a brilliant after sales service set up. We have contacted them twice now (due to internal user error) after hours New Zealand time, and both times I have had an answer back within minutes and a solution, putting us back in business within 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend KiwiSprout to any business looking to sort out their rural charges who also wants 2nd to none support.

I absolutely love this app! I've been waiting for something that only shows rural charges to rural customers. We no longer have any issues with clients mistakenly paying urban rates when they are actually rural. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing app!
