I started my online business importing products from around the world which could lead to very unhappy customers not being updated about their product delivery. Rush helped me keep a clear understanding from them and avoid too many "where is my order" chats, emails and messages in general, I don't have to do that anymore since customers can do it themselves and with a branded page easy to configure
