The app has worked perfectly for our storefront needs. Its customizable by product/collection. Support has resolved any and all questions or minor issues that have come up.

Very good app in very good price. i was worried that Chat is not available. but they also reply very fast on email. my issue was resolved very fast. Awesome customer service they have.

This application is easy to set up, which is an undeniable positive point. However, I've encountered a serious issue with customer support, which seems to be non-existent. The lack of communication is a major drawback. As for my specific problem, I've actively chosen the delivery estimates option for the cart and checkout, but unfortunately, no estimates are appearing. It's disappointing for an application that promises such functionality.

It works smooth and flexible with lots of options. I had a problem in installing it on my theme as it is not 2.0 version and customer service fixed it for me very fast. thanks.

Nice app, does what it needs to do and is very reasonably priced. I would give it a 5 star if there was an easier way to set the delivery dates for each country in a bulk mode. I sell worldwide and I have to set these parameters per country which is a lot of work. This could be improved. For example, they should show a country list per region, lets say the EU and you just checkmark each country to use the same test and delivery date. Or something in that order.

Downloaded all the apps out there and this one is by far the best, you can not only set delivery dates but each product/ collection can be customized to whatever you like, text, ETA ANYTHING Thank you!

This app has a tech issue and according to developers they can't solve it here is my issue with the app The app will confirm customers estimated delivery date from the day they add the product to the cart, not from the day they place the order if the customer keeps the product for 2 days in the cart and then proceed with the order, time will be calculated from the day of "Add to the cart", not once order is placed. My case: Usual delivery time is 3-5 business days Order was placed on 26 August 2022 at 2:05 pm Estimated between: Aug 24 - Aug 26(as per this App's calculation I have to deliver the same day she placed the order) Another case: 2 different orders were placed on the same day. Each one of them has different Estimated date. Order 1 - placed on 1 September 2022 at 7:40 am Estimated between: Sep 05 - Sep 07 Order 2 - placed on 1 September 2022 at 1:54 pm Estimated between: Sep 03 - Sep 06

We have just installed the APP for a week or so. From an installation pov, we highly recommend this APP. They do not need to modify our code! Even we have customized quite some coding on our store, plus some APP did changed a few templates, this team has put up additional effort to help us modify the code on their end to make it work! This is top service. During the discussion of the issue, there is a bit push back and forth. I suppose the support team have a lot of work in line for that. But they come back with a solution in a few days. Again, highly appreciated! Once again, Thank you team! Looking forward for the tool to help us uplift our sales further.

Helped me delete the code later and hence I am upgrading from 1 star to 3 stars. The issue with no product specific cutoff time remains (alongwith not being supported by multiple locations). Hence, upgrading to 3 stars till the time these features are introduced. Original Review below: No product specific cutoff time. More importantly, does not delete code off your theme even after deleting the app.

Wow! Wait a minute! USD 4.98 per month for this level of customization??? This is apeshit nuts! Nope! This is truly apeshit nuts! I was about to bail on this app because I read the other app reviews that the other premium level app could do this level and that level of customization (but it cost much higher of course). I need those and didn't discover enough about this app's potential. Also, I didn't like the fact that there isn't 'live' chat support on this one but...my email got replied to within 20 minutes. Then again, I have to be fair to these guys considering USD 4.98 they are charging per month with 24 hours 'live' chat support? They will be losing their pants in no time! So anyway why I'm going bananas over this app: I have multiple products with worldwide shipping. Some countries get Free Shipping and for some, it is just not economically viable to do that. And, I always indicate in the message below the "BUY NOW" button like; Free Standard Shipping or just Standard Shipping arrives in XXXX. (this is minuscule stuff but it helps with reinforcement of assurance that yields conversion trust me.) Now, I have another issue: Some products I can do Free shipping while others are a tad too bulky to do that. So how do I customize the message bar then? It's beginning to look complicated! But fret not! This app came to the rescue with a new option they came up with recently. You can customize the whole damn thing via Country specific, product specific and another one is....god damn it I forgot what that is - I believe collection-specific! Bam! All problems solved for USD 4.98 per month that make your store looks like a Customer-friendly Champ! For real, don't miss out on this one. Maybe they will increase the price in the future, I don't know. But the level of customization is nuts for its pricing! What I've described above is just one of the few that you will be able to leverage. There are more customization options that you can do to truly make this app blend in well with your store's theme nice and sweet! Check this app now! And, that's an order!
