Dear Velany Store, thank you for taking the time and writing a review. We tried to reach out directly many times but unfortunately never got a reply. Of course we never charge any client money after uninstalling our app. Aside from that the charging is solely done by shopify and we as an app provider do not have any influence on that. But as customer satisfaction is our top priority we of course have instantly refunded the complete amount for the time you had our app installed.
