Sorry for the bad experience you might have while using our app. We would like to clarify something for you to avoid regretful misunderstanding: 1. Our pricing plan was decided to charge and count impressions based on real-time data. We have many users who are currently using Sale Kit and the majority of them feels fine with this pricing model we're using. But again, we're truly sorry that it might have not fitted your store requirements. 2. About your support tickets, we answered it in our support time range. There's only 1 ticket that's related to compatibility of cart countdown component with theme takes us more times to consider and find out solution for it. We apologize for not updating info of this task continually to you, sorry for your wait. 3. Usually, we have an email to notice you that you're about to reach impression limit. However, in this case, it might be that you test the app with all the components at the same time so the impressions had increased too rapidly, our email system might not be able to catch up with the instant risen number of impressions, it missed the about-to-reach notice email. So our email system could only deliver the over-limit email to you. For that, we're sorry and we will try to improve our email system better to avoid this issue to happen again.
