so far so good. No hidden charges like other apps suddenly appears charges on my bill even though it was mentioned until 5000 visits on my webpage, but even before my webpage was online, they already charge claiming my website already have 5000 visitors. This app is nothing like that.

the app is good, all working but cart countdown dont show, is not working, sent request support, waiting for that.. after if all get OK, will submit 5 star

was having some issue earlier, thank you for CS prompt response and i decided to give it a try again.
Sorry for the bad experience you might have while using our app. We would like to clarify something for you to avoid regretful misunderstanding: 1. Our pricing plan was decided to charge and count impressions based on real-time data. We have many users who are currently using Sale Kit and the majority of them feels fine with this pricing model we're using. But again, we're truly sorry that it might have not fitted your store requirements. 2. About your support tickets, we answered it in our support time range. There's only 1 ticket that's related to compatibility of cart countdown component with theme takes us more times to consider and find out solution for it. We apologize for not updating info of this task continually to you, sorry for your wait. 3. Usually, we have an email to notice you that you're about to reach impression limit. However, in this case, it might be that you test the app with all the components at the same time so the impressions had increased too rapidly, our email system might not be able to catch up with the instant risen number of impressions, it missed the about-to-reach notice email. So our email system could only deliver the over-limit email to you. For that, we're sorry and we will try to improve our email system better to avoid this issue to happen again. Hope this can clarify some information about Sale Kit to you. Wish you have a nice day.

It would be an awesome app if the customer service was not so bloody awful. They're out to get your money by any means possible with no care in the world for your concerns over their very shady practices. Edit following developer response: I was not offered any refund for the impressions despite my requests.
Sorry for the misunderstanding that you might have during our support. We clarified in the email how we count impressions and it has been the way Sale Kit been working. We understand that you might not find this suitable for you, we agree that we can refund to you for the impressions count. But if you still find this solution doesn't satisfy your concern, we can discuss further via email to find out the best solution for you. Have a nice day.
