I would not recommend this app to anyone as it comes off as user friendly, but it is literally the most difficult thing to get over milestones with this when trying to drop ship! There was constant technical problem after technical problem and I was never even able to open my store with this app because they could never resolve all of their difficulties for my store to run smoothly. Saying it would take up to two months to fix an issue that conveniently occurred right after I waited 3 WEEKS for another issue to be resolved! A waste of time and money, and I spent a good bit on this app with hopes of it showing me how to drop ship through the "Educate" section and got nowhere! Over $100 just for the lady to waist my time making short videos on things that don't matter. I wanted to know how to set up my store and learn to drop ship, not get any basic info I could've gotten on YouTube for free! Then, if you don't purchase their most expensive drop shipping subscription and you choose the one for $27/month, all you get is little random items that you'll pay more for than you'll profit from! And you'll see a FEW things that USE to be trending, but nothing that is currently trending! The products aren't categorized correctly, pricing isn't up to date, and they don't make it seamless to import to your store. Just a difficult app all around and a huge waist of time and money. I truly don't even know who recommended to me that this was a good app to have, but they were definitely not someone who wanted to see my store succeed I'll tell you that! I would give 0 stars if possible but the 1 star will suffice for the fact that customer support is actually decent on getting back to you. No other pluses I experienced personally from using this app. I wish I would've noticed the 1.6 star rating before wasting so much time and money on it!

While SaleHoo is connected to Shopify, it is actually not connecting to Alibaba since May so when an order comes through, it doesn't automatically process the order. You have to manually submit an order directly on alibaba and ship to your customers yourself. But because Shopify is connected to Salehoo, Shipping Notification emails are disabled. Started off well but ultimately disappointed

I had a disappointing experience with Salehoo. Not only did I get charged by Shopify for my Salehoo subscription, but Salehoo claims they didn't receive the payment. As a result, my account was abruptly canceled, and all the products I had listed on Salehoo are now gone. To make matters worse, dealing with Rhea from Salehoo has been frustrating because she is extremely slow to respond and has provided little to no support. It's been a frustrating ordeal, and I'm dissatisfied with Salehoo's service overall.
