A MUST-HAVE for stores who want to offer GWPs. It is very easy to set up and does its job well. There were some things to be fixed and the support team resolved them for me. Every time I contact the support team, they go the extra mile to make customizations.

I researched the complete universe of FREE GIFT apps, as such an app is core to our business model and advertising approach. This app is excellent with all the right features and functionalities to give merchants the right options, as well as customers an easy and user-friendly customer experience. With over 50% of our sales coming from mobile, it was critical that this also work from a mobile customer experience perspective . . . and it does so very nicely. I needed to have some adjustments made for the app to work seamlessly with our theme (Impulse) on web and mobile, and Adam (the Technician) provided fast and outstanding service to get everything done on time. Thanks to him we were able to meet our go live deadline.

It's pretty easy to use, we tried it for 3 days with a special offert to get a free gift when ordering a certain amount on our e-shop but we didn't set the time zone correctly so we had a small issue that the support service helped to fix. For next campaign we will definitely purchase this app.

I have this installed only a day but for far I'm delighted with it. I loved the look of it from the get go and its very good to do free gifts. I wanted to do layered gifts which it didnt quite know how to figure out but I wrote and voila, Adam sorted it for me for the next day. Super service. Great app that does the job we want after having tested many apps, does not use draft order mode, which can be compatible with others apps! The only thing is that it duplicates the SKU, which we could manage with our logistics third party connector. Adam is of good support and can help customizing a few things :)

Adam provided great customer service and the app is beautiful on my site! My website has had a lot of custom programming so the app did not work when it was first installed so I wrote an email to the support email and within less than 24 hours Adam helped me to get the app working on my site. The app is a bit pricey but offering gifts with purchase have helped us to get our average order value up. So we'll see with time if it really pays off but I think it does!
