I engaged with this marketing company with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The journey began with Herman, who initially assisted us, but after three months, I observed minimal return on investment (ROI) and no significant improvement in our website's conversion rates. In an attempt to address the issues, the representative was switched to Kyle, only to be replaced by Brian shortly after. Despite Brian's friendly demeanor, the outcomes were still disheartening. After investing a total of $4,800, the generated sales barely exceeded $1,000 over a six-month period. This disappointing performance left me questioning the effectiveness of their strategies and the value of the services rendered. One major point of contention is the lack of transparency regarding their offerings. During the sign-up process, there was no indication that the company solely focuses on paid ads and does not provide SEO services. This crucial detail was only discovered later on, and it significantly impacted the overall effectiveness of the marketing campaign. The absence of SEO services means that if you don't have a substantial budget for paid ads, your investment may result in minimal returns. This limitation should have been clearly communicated during the initial discussions, allowing clients to make informed decisions based on their budget and marketing goals. In essence, my experience with this marketing company has been marked by unfulfilled promises, limited results, and a lack of upfront transparency. I would caution potential clients to exercise due diligence and carefully consider their specific needs and budget constraints before engaging with this company. Buyer beware, as the reality may fall far short of the expectations set during the initial pitch.

Well, I'm blown away! We were trying to find a way to connect our websites to google and bing and this is by far the best option! We had several issues with other services and continue to bang our head against the wall to no avail! I sat down on a Friday afternoon, installed the app, was greeted by Scott and in no time I had their app installed on both of our websites and the feeds updated into google. No more wondering what is going on with google! You know, and if you don't just message them and they will tell you what's up! I can not convey how impressed I am with he level of service and technology provided by this team! Anyone who leaves a bad review didn't connect with their support team! Now I will rave about Scott, he was fantastic! He knew the answers to all of my questions before I even asked them. He sent easy-to-follow instructions and helped me along when I was being dense. I'm not sure you can ask for anything more from a company! I mean, I can't think of anything! AWESOME TECH + AWESOME TEAM = HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!

The team over at S&O really helped us grow our brand presence again once we became licensed in the anime industry. They are very knowledgeable about digital marketing and helped our team transition to a self-managed plan.

I worked with Taisha DeAza and John Sciacchitano in the Sales and Order team and they were truly helpful and prompt. Taisha was patient during our calls and John solved some of our feed issues very quickly. As for the app, it still hasnt hit the sweet spot for us, but the service is very satisfactory.

I absolutely love this app and the team at S&O! Nicki has been AMAZING to work with. She has done so many things to boost traffic and conversions for our website. Her last campaign has produced the best selling month since we went live 4 years ago!!! Highly recommend this app and their team - truly the best!

Wish I could give a negative Star. Paid for there Managed services and account never performed causing losses in ad revenue. So if you want to waist your time and money Try this application.

The App works well but the support is why you add S&O. Scott in support has helped me out of many issues. We use this App on 3 different stores, and really the support team is why. Scott told me they are working on training videos - when they have those -- I will adjust to 5 stars! The "Help" is organized by the page you are working on -- very smart.

This app works really well and is not too hard to learn once you take some time to explore it! We initially started with a full-service option and worked with a great account manager, then were able to transition to a self-managed option very easily once we were ready to do so. Every person I spoke to and worked with was very friendly and knowledgable! Definitely recommend this app and their services!

This is a wonderful app with an amazing crew supporting it. I had the pleasure of working with Scott recently. He was amazing at going the distance and doing everything to get all the issues worked out. He provided great insight into what was going on and took the wheel and fixed things when the wheels were not spinning in the correct way. Thanks again team for all your amazing work. Definitely worth the switch over to S&O for Feed Management.

We have used S&O for our EverythingTruckParts.com and Spill911.com websites since June 2018. We have used both the managed and self-managed plans. Herman, our account manager, has been excellent to work with. He provides solid insight and suggestions into our campaigns and has helped to greatly improve our ROI and market exposure. I highly recommend them!

this app has the rare combination of powerful, sophisticated software and great support. Arthur & Giovanni have quickly bailed me out of several situations which were far beyond my pay grade. their great support was much more than the fix, it was also a well presented education. thanks again guy!!

It's much more expensive than other feed apps out there. When you spend $500 on ad spent they are going to charge you $50 which is 10% of your spend. They have a free version, but it does not work with apparel because you can't enter in required fields for apparel without upgrading to a $20 version. The free version also does not support modifying titles and descriptions to be different than what you have on the store, which is what is needed in most cases when using google shopping. I found the setup to be pretty easy.

Only been a couple of hours trying out this app. The thing that stands out the most is the support, which is fantastic. Scott is extremely responsive online, and have addressed every question and concern completely. Can't say enough about this - tremendous amount of help from Scott. So far everything looks positive.
