J’utilise l’application Sales Pop-Up sur ma boutique Shopify pour afficher les achats récents sur mes pages produits. J’ai rencontré deux petits problèmes d’affichage du pop-up. Wilson, a immédiatement compris ma demande et a résolu les soucis très rapidement. Service client efficace, réactif et vraiment à l’écoute. Un grand merci à Wilson ! J’utilise l’app Fomo Sales Pop-up Social Proof et j’avais un souci d’affichage. Wilson a été super réactif et a réglé le problème rapidement. Son support est vraiment top : efficace, pro et agréable. L’application fonctionne parfaitement maintenant, et c’est un vrai plus pour ma boutique. Je recommande vraiment, autant pour l’outil que pour la qualité de l’assistance !
