I have been using this app for over 2 years. I need a pos system but I am too small to afford an official one. For the price point it’s the cheapest and easiest to use. It allows credit note, refunds, exchanges, and you can print receipts, scan in bar codes, pictures of products & tech support has been great whenever I need a question answered. Can’t recommend enough. Have looked at over systems all over €60pm, this is €10. Brilliant.

Hello New reviews: 5 Stars I have been using this app for more than one year, and overall I am very satisfied with it. Recently, I encountered several issues, including: *Different pricing between the online store and the physical store *VAT calculation issues *Compatibility problems with discount codes generated by Judge.me All of these issues were resolved quickly and perfectly by the support team. The responses were fast, professional, and very efficient. What impressed me even more is that when the internet connection in my physical store had a problem and the computer could not work properly, this app still allowed me to process checkouts directly from my mobile phone, which was extremely helpful for daily operations. Since Shopify allows only one review per app, I updated my previous review to reflect my recent experience after these issues were solved. This is a very reliable and well-designed app, with excellent technical support. You can use it with confidence. Old reviews : I revised my review. I think this is a great app. I encountered several problems during use, and they were solved very quickly. The technical support is great. This app can be used with a desktop or laptop, which is very convenient. It does not require expensive tablet devices and matching barcode scanners and receipt printers. It is very friendly to small merchants. Compared with the official POS system, this is the only application in the shopify app store that supports desktop and laptop devices. Thank you for reviewing our POS app. Please write to us at [email protected] if you have any specific problems with the split payment feature that you are unable to use. We currently lookup Shopify for scanned barcodes, this process normally takes 1-2 seconds the first time you scan the barcode. The speed of lookups is governed by the Shopify backend, and we are unable to make the Shopify search any faster. The app keeps a local cache of previously searched barcodes and will scan faster the second time you look up the same barcode. Barcode lookups is something we are actively working on optimizing.

The Sales Terminal POS app requires additional permissions from Shopify to function. Only the store owner or administrator can grant these permissions Permission is granted still not working and payment is clear
