目前调研运用到的最合适的跨境电商集合在线沟通系统。除了完美应用到Shopify独立站，还可以整合入 客服的Email、WhatsApp、Telegram、Tiktok、Facebook Message甚至VK。在线反应应用的接口，和可视化编辑进线流程搭配AI机器人。使得客服工作效率大大提升！算不上完美，但需求开发响应迅速。这个最难能可贵~~ 非常值得使用！！

SaleSmartly 这工具真心不错，让我打理 Shopify 商店的客服聊天轻松多了。它能把 Facebook、Instagram 这些社交渠道的消息都汇总到一块儿，回复客户再也不用手忙脚乱。自动回复帮我省了不少事儿，那些重复的问题都不用我亲自动手了，效率提高了不少。团队协作也变简单了，大家可以根据分工处理客户的问题，还能比较一下谁处理得更好。客户信息管理起来也方便，不用到处翻记录，一眼就能看到客户的所有互动历史。
