The system is clunky and lots of background fiddling needed as their system time outs and fails to synch the quantities available for some products. They insist on clicking 2 boxes at payment for extra services at cost, one to cover you for missing parcels and one to cover you for faulty goods. DO NOT buy the additional cover for faulty goods, SaleYee will not collect the faulty item and refund / replace despite what they claim in the terms and conditions, save your money and with what you save this should cover the cost of writing off the item or recovering it to your address to fix / refurbish and sell on. I'm very disappointed with SaleYee, they have the potential to be excellent but the system needs to be more automated and not have to go in the backend afterwards to enable the quantity synch between Shopify and SaleYee after importing. Plus, they need to stop ripping their resellers off with claims they will collect and replace / refund if they pay a little extra cover which they have failed to do on a couple of occasions now. The shipping out is quick but this is down to the company with the actual goods, so no issues with the speed at which orders are processed.

I wish I could give them NO STARS. This app is horrible!!!! I deal with several apps like this to expand my inventory and I import 100s of products per day. I spent the whole day searching for new apps and chose to give this one a try. I was able to import ONE product before it gave an error blaming Shopify in claims that they wont allow too many products to be imported. So you're saying Shopify wont allow more than ONE product import when I import 100s per day already and haven't even imported any today???? Be serious! Complete waste of time!
