Seems like a scam app. It doesn't work properly, and you can not unsubscribe.

Great, experience with this staff! We worked with Ajay Support team is amazing. We asked them to meet with us and they were super helpful and responsive. They help set up our store samples and so far everything has been great. Overall great app and great support.

Quick responses and a lot possible design-wise - however, you do need to get in touch for them to implement the changes, so it might be worth the app being upgraded to allow customers to do a lot of the changes themselves?
